This is for minors ages 8-14 looking for their ear lobes pierced. In our health department district we can ONLY pierce lobes on folks under 14, no other locations on the body. For minor appointments we need the child’s birth certificate and parents photo ID

For folks ages 15-17 we can offer facial, oral, ear, and navel piercings. For all minor piercings we require child’s birth certificate, parents photo ID, and additional documents last names don’t match
